I didn't really care for this book. It had a couple of possibly useful tools, but didn't really feel like new ideas. However some of the different takes on common ideas may be helpful for some to look at things in a different way. If the author said "this is gold!" one more time, I would have lost my sh*t. Definitely written in a way more geared towards a sales person.

I don't read many business books but, its ideas about color coding personalities and using "hats" in conversations are useful ideas. Short and sweet.

It is written in a very good manner and divided the chapters in a very understandable manner. It has given a great knowledge of how to keep your body language and how to communicate with anyone. Out of 10 these 2 chapters are great. Go through the 2 chapter others are OK.

I actually liked the simplicity of this book. It's very much written in an NLP style of influencing and what's good about it is that it just highlights the most important aspects. I read it cover to cover in 45mins (I'm a blue!) and there is some salient take away points. I be interested to see the author present one day...

This book has basic influence/behaviour psychology tricks that are definitely aimed for sales people. Some of the stuff is interesting to read and others seem more like a sales gimmick. The author does a good job simplifying the ideas but I didn't find any of the ideas revolutionary.
