I came to Master Drake’s home not to serve him, but to be closer to John. John is unlike any submissive male I have ever seen before. Why I am drawn to him this way I don’t know. Then there are Master Drake’s pets. How in the world will I ever be able to fit in with them? There is one male named Blaze who is being so sweet to me. Thank God for his kindness because the others don’t seem to like me all that much. I really hope things work out here. Yet…I wonder if I have made a mistake leaving Master Darius.

All around this house you can almost hear the whispers of change, and it makes me uneasy.

This felt like closure for Mistress Jessica in understanding that her position really is that of a submissive to Master Drake. Finally understanding what her role in life is, also brings calmness to their island. Master Rapture was contemplating his role of being Master to now understanding his position is trainer. Sub Lorette who was in love with John, Jessica's sub, is in love with Olivia who he now gas as his sub, because he is a switch. Lorette forms a relationship with Blaze, Master Drake learns to accept his responsibility to his pets Beauty and Pleasure for his twins. So much in such a short book, whew. It ties loose ends and opens doors for others. The Master series continues with so many challenges. Of to the next read Judus's Kiss.
