Most of this book contains great information on herbal remedies and basic herbs you can store in your house. The only problem I have with it is in some of the remedies, it calls for essential oils being diluted in water or applied directly on the skin which is dangerous. Essential oils cannot be diluted with water, they need a diluting agent when used with water, and shouldn't be applied directly to the skin or ingested. Those are the only reasons this book is getting 3 stars from me and not higher, cause that can be dangerous information to spread. Otherwise everything seemed very good reading through this book and I enjoyed it. Looking forward to applying some of these remedies to my daily routine.
