I borrowed this book from the library and really wanted to purchase a copy but it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
It covers jellybean (Beena) looking forward to school and what she is looking forward to learning. To feeling anxious, making friends and then looking forward to going back.
She wears a uniform which was the main thing my daughter didn't want to do. So I was glad to see this.
The only thing I'm finding with the school books I've come across is that all the children bring lunch from home. I would love to come across one where they eat a school lunch and enjoy it. In the UK all children age 4-7 are entitled to a free school meal.
