This book was a true godsend! Some tips you nod along with and think to yourself, oh I already do that, but so many were surprises and made me wonder why I hadn't been doing them all along. This book covers topics through an entire year from the simplest bit of coupon advice, to what to consider when getting ready for tax season, and all the ways we can save dealing with the holidays, big purchases, and those otherwise everyday headaches. Some specifics might change as the years go by, especially with taxes changing so much each year, but other tips are good for life, and really make you think about how easy it can be to save that extra penny. A must for every penny pincher out there and for those just looking to save!

Trina has a down-to-earth sensibility and a gift for seeing through the confusion of every day life, and seeing the solution to problems. In this gem, she gives us both common-sense guidelines, and practical suggestions for both economizing and staying sane at the same time. Highly recommended!

This book was a gift (literal and figuratively talking)! Some of the tips are so original it makes me wonder how didn't anyone think of that yet? Most of the tips are also lifelong worthy while some are temporal and might change depending on (err) economy - of course. It has tips from the most various subjects, from traveling to purchasing and saving, with a collection of website citations that offer you discounts, coupons, trials and even free offers! I recommend it dearly.
