WOW! Ok, I have to admit to a small amount of bias. I've been a member of some forums where this author happened to be present. While in his presence, I've sat back and let his knowledge sink in. As the saying goes, "God gave you one mouth and two ears, you decide which one He wanted you to use more." I'd read a few of Mr. Hemming's fictional books and enjoyed the sections on trapping in them. I decided to investigate trapping a little more, so without further ado, I purchased this book. It was one of the most complete books I've ever seen. After going through how to prepare and set your traps and snares, Mr. Hemming even gives some recipes. He also includes a FAQ at the end of the book. If you are seriously interested in Trapping and Snaring, just looking for a glimpse into how some things are still done, or looking for a way to increase your survivability, I'd recommend this book.
