tons of information without guilting you into decisions you just don't jive with. this was another book i returned to again and again to feel informed and confident about my childbirth choices. the worksheets are a little goofy.

Another good one that helps when writing a birth plan. So many people will tell you what you should do for your birth. It's your baby and your body, and the choice- yours. This book is empowering for moms who want to be an active participant in the process.

Best part of the book is the recipe section (sitz baths, homeopathies). Info seems a bit outdated.
