This work is prized as an excellent source for learning all that a Mason should know about Masonry. Covering the origin, history, philosophy, symbolism, organization and operation of the order, this book is divided into five detailed parts.
The title of this book starts with "The Newly-Made Mason." Great. So why is it so convoluted? At the time I tried reading this, I had been raised as a MM and was seeking further light. This book was recommended by an employee of the Philly PA Lodge. This book required a high degree of prior knowledge and research. It's title is excessively misleading. I will finish this book....eventually. First, I need a better understanding of what it all means. This is NOT an introductory book.
