Pierre Fricke built and sold his CSA type set from 2001-2004. Over the past several years, he built the most complete collection of Confederate paper money rare varieties ever put together. Bringing his experience to others, he now is helping several variety collectors build similarly scaled or more focused historically significant Confederate paper money collections. This book is also good for more advanced collectors looking for a portable grading and type pricing guide as well as a guide to different ways to collect CSA paper money. This book would have been worth several thousand dollars to me in 2001 when I began my type set. I will create a basic DVD and ship with plastic case. There are 2 PDF files totalling 168 pages and nearly 12MB. You need Adobe Acrobat reader V6 or later to read and print. Computer will need to be running Windows 2000, XP, 2003 or a recent version of Linux. DVD (not CD) player required as well.

This is THE book about confederate currency. It contains excellent scholarship and it is a must read before you spend one penny on confederate paper money. "Buy the book before the currency."
