Ross Jeffries (born Paul Jeffrey Ross on 20 September 1958) is a former comedy writer and the creator of "Speed Seduction," a set of personal development writings and seminars that draw on Neuro-linguistic Programming and hypnotic techniques. Jeffries claims these methods help men understand women, particularly their motivations and psychology, in order to successfully pick up women. Ross's current version of Speed Seduction focuses on techniques of moving "energy" through the body and the practice of magick. His techniques and online persona have been the subject of some controversy.

This was an extremely disappointing read. It really did not contain any substantial meat and was really just a tease to get you to buy his DVDs or other products. I did not learn anything from this book.

This is not a book, but some questions and answers that were on a video, so missing all the relevant context. Only the first 68 pages is a book, the rest is just copy/paste Q&A from some reallife sesssions. Don't buy it.

This is a very solid and thorough introduction to Speed Seduction, even though the book itself is a bit hard to follow at times. Anyone interested in learning a solid base of Ross Jeffries' Speed Seduction system should read this book. Read it a few times to make sure you grab the concept, before jumping into any of Ross' other material.
