This is not the regular Sunil's murder investigation for Blast novel, its his exploit with Colonel Mukharjee. So basically its a spy thriller.
I do not like this line of the series, I'm a sunil fan! but this series is a total turn off. For the first, Sunil is in the Mukharjee's secret service because he is an extremely talented and daring person. But the truth is, Sunil's talent is hardly used in this part series, all the strings are pulled by Mukharjee always, and thats the frustrating part. There is lots of action, yes, but some how it does not click. See, I've read lots of spy thriller, and they are thriller and enjoyable. But this particular series is not.
And this particular book is specially bad. I could not read this book in one or more sittings, After three tries I had decided not to read it. But I manage to finish it purely because that night I could not sleep and I decided to read it just so the boredom will put me to sleep. It did not and I finished it! The storyline is really ridiculous. Half the time Sunil himself does not know the large picture and all he is doing is what he is told to do. And whats more, he does not succeed at the end! I mean why write the story in the first place if there is at least partial success, if not complete?
This book is trash! DO NOT REA IT even if you like Colonel Mukharjee series!

Very Nicely written novel by the writer. Suspense is maintained till the end of novel. One cannot left till the end of the story. Good one.
