Recipes from some of the best St. Louis restaurants are featured, including Cage Balaban, Harvest, Rigazzis, Annie Gunn's and Lynch Street Bistro. There are also recipes from famous eateries long-since closed, like Al Bakers. The recipes originated from 15 years of restaurant interviews on Carney's radio show. More than 200 recipes from area chefs will be featured.
