Some books represent coaches and mentors by the way they lead you through the pages, deliver the message and inspire to take an action. This book is one of them. It may be because of the collective wisdom stored on its pages or maybe the wariness with high you are guided page after page while absorbing the contents. There are many things that seem to be obvious and many things that provide a different athletic haven't thought of. Definitely worth time reading because some tiny ideas may make a big impact on one's mindset.
