Pretty much a useless book. Does absolutely nothing that the professor doesn't provide for free. I am glad i didn't buy this at the college bookstore. All of this information is available for free on the internet through netacad. If you are enrolled in a CISCO class you should be enrolled in NETACAD and therefor, this book is useless.
