Aside from being the author of this book, I enjoyed it because all the celebrities show through example, that they do not starve or have food deprivation. It is possible to lose weight and/or maintain your weight without giving up too much. And their exercise routines are all different, so it’s nice to be able to pick and choose which one best suits you. All in all, it’s a book loaded with a good variety of concise info. Also, because of its size (5 x 8) it’s convenient to bring anywhere with you for reference.

I did start by skimming this but I found that the glimpses of a very different life style became very engaging. I found it a bit of a hoot, but as to life changing, I doubt it.

Schönes Cover aber nicht viel Neues.
Diät und Sport, da muss man dann wohl auch im Hollywood durch.
