This six volume set is a monumental edition of nearly every Old English poem that is known to exist. The volumes were published between 1931 and 1953 and edited by Krapp and Dobbie. Each volume uses modern punctuation marks and follows a standard format of an introduction, text and then notes with variant manuscript readings given in the footnotes to the texts.
