The Indigo Queen

Rate this book
Susan K Forest’s The Indigo Queen brings together the planet Earth with magical worlds beyond time and space in an Allegory reflecting the journey of the human soul. On Earth the dream-eater has all but convinced humans to destroy the planet but the Indigo Queen and her council have an ancient plan to help save humankind from the eater’s deadly grip. Three young people have been chosen for tasks beyond their imaginings. Little do they know they have been chosen to stop the destructive forces of darkness. This style of writing is especially powerful when read aloud, as the magic of storytelling brings to life the silver wolf coming to Ruby’s aid and the majesty of the gryphon as he reluctantly agrees to help humankind. Find out how Merlin, brought out from deep in the ancient mists, awakens the gods of old but at what cost... read on and see. "A magical book! Parents and educators alike will find it invaluable for
teaching children and youth to trust their own intuition. Fabulous!"
—Georganne Oldham, Educator "Powerful, epic and beautiful, The Indigo Queen is a treasure you keep close
by in those moments you need courage or inspiration. An important story for our times..."
—Marie Jose Dhaese PHD, Adult/Child/Youth and Family Therapist

A true epic. Like the classic work of Tennyson or Milton, this tells the tale of a hero's journey of the spirit.
