William Henry Brown

William H. Brown is emeritus professor of chemistry at Beloit College (Beloit, Wisconsin), where he was twice named Teacher of the Year. His teaching responsibilities include organic chemistry, advanced organic chemistry, and, more recently, special topics in pharmacology and drug synthesis. He received his Ph.D. from Columbia University under the direction of Gilbert Stork and did postdoctoral work at California Institute of Technology and the University of Arizona.

Good reference as introduction to general organic chemistry for students level

Pretty Good. It's the only reason I passed organic chemistry. One thing this book does well is there are a lot of examples. However, I very disappointed to discover that the last two chapters are only available online and you have to pay extra for it. That definitely lowered my opinion of Mr. Brown.

very useful while doing da chemistry web test
i dun like organic chemistry anywy
but this book is quite interesting
nice to read
