ASCE completed the study in June, 1999, under a cooperative agreement with EPA. The two-year effort developed an optimized approach for maintenance of separate wastewater collection systems, based on information received from selected cities and agencies. The report and sample diskette are intended to help wastewater agencies plan for maintenance based on specific performance measures, and to provide guidance on the total reinvestment required to meet selected levels of system performance.
