New Dimensions is such a good textbook for Women's Health. They approach everything from multiple racial pov's and sexual orientations. I had to read this textbook for a class and I highly recommend students actually read the textbook if they are assigned this for class.

This was the textbook in Women's health class that I took in college.
It is an amazing book and great source of information about all aspects of health, and it also covers a lot of social topics. I recommend this book to every girl and woman. For men I recommend a similar one about Men's health for men (I am sure there is one as there was a Men's health class in college too).
It's a shame I haven't had this book when I was 15-20 years old, I think at that time it is most useful. Anyway, it was very helpful now. It is a reliable source of information with lots of interesting statistics across the states.
Get the latest edition as it will contain newest statistics and data. This edition (7th) had data from 2017 and at the moment there is already a next edition available on the market.
Stay safe!
