In this I book the theme is Ice Cream and fascinating facts about ice cream include why it melts, stays soft in the freezer, and info about ‘brain freeze’’ - with excellent answers that teach while entertaining. A fine introduction to science while enjoying facts about ice cream - information the reading parent will appreciate. Excellent series - a must own collection of books!
