This book s collection of instructional strategies and assessment methods show how to implement and differentiate project-based learning that fosters 21st century skills in Grades K 12.
This book gives detailed information about project-based learning. It is much more advanced for teachers who want to use this technique. It is well organized, well explained and provided with good practical materials to be used inside the classroom.
This book offers a really comprehensive guide on PBL and several aspects that are not considered elsewhere (instructional strategies applied to every stage for example). I will definitely get a physical copy and keep coming back to it.
This book was very disappointing. Prior to reading, I have had experience with PBLs so I already understood the basics. Since I moved grade levels, I wanted information to help me use this instruction method with my second graders. I felt that this book included way too many basics (from explaining what a digital camera is to the purpose of YouTube) and was geared towards higher levels. I would only recommend this book for someone who has never heard about PBLs before.
