Бессмысленная книга.
По сути гораздо продуктивнее прочитать datasheet от Microchip по PIC16, будет более структурированное и внятное изложение.
Книга не структурирована и дает информацию только на поверхностном уровне. Т.е. если вы какого-то нюанса не знаете, то книга вам его и не объяснит.

Самое удивительное, что книга видимо представляет собой компиляцию из книг очень хороших авторов.
В частности, из книги Мортона The PIC Microcontroller: Your Personal Introductory Course, Third Edition здесь даны без изменения целые страницы.
Удивительно в этом то, что книга Мортона оказалась для меня существенно полезнее, разъяснила часть моментов которые до этого были загадочны.
Такое ощущение, что специально выбрали наименее полезные страницы..

Кроме того, хотя данная книга более чем в три раза больше по объему книги Мортона, полезной лично мне информации в ней меньше - более двух третей книги занимают разделы "basic" и "C", которые мне просто не интересны.
