helpful but not insightful. didn't really learn anything new and the attempt at light-hearted comedy is kinda sad if you imagine a really old person writing it. like trying to relate to teens but just coming off as disingenuous and annoying. everything in the gray boxes is a bore to read, but its annoying that theyll have these boxes in the middle of sentences. weird.
