Torah of the Mothers is filled with a variety of essays -- some biographies of Torah teachers, some analyses of texts -- by outstanding female Orthodox Jewish scholars. So many of the articles are gems. The reading is challenging at times (some essays require quite a bit of background knowledge), but well worth it.
