I remmeber when Poet Gerald Costanzo came to the Introduction to Poetry Writing class I was taking at Boise State University, taught by Judith Root. This was probably in the early 90s. He read his works to us and talked about writing. I've read this book, which he signed, before, but these poems are solid and timeless. It's been about 20 or more years and they'll be just as strong in another couple decades. That reminds me that I should read more of Costanzo's work.
