Applying software engineering to Cloud computing is a primary aspect to obtain a systematic approach to the development, operation and maintenance of software. As a result, there is a need to examine and propose security solutions for cloud computing in order to improve the quality and security of all services, applications, and tools based on cloud computing. Security Engineering for Cloud Approaches and Tools provides a theoretical and academic description of Cloud security issues, methods, tools and trends for developing secure software for Cloud services and applications. This book is a comprehensive collection including a wide range of existing problems and challenges that would be useful in both the academic and research world.
Can I rate this less than one star? I didn't finish this book. I moved on to Ross Anderson's security engineering book instead. So far this book for me is a completely incomprehensible jumble of words. I am wondering a bit if it was AI generated. Just generate security phrases in valid sentence structures, separate out into chapters, and publish. This could absolutely be due to my lack of any sort of qualification to read this book, but if a person can have a computer science degree and have worked in the industry for close to 15 years and still find a tech book completely beyond even the slightest understanding, that tech book might not be valuable for beginners.
