This is the first collection of 5 minute stories that I read to my daughter at bedtime. It is a collection of ten quick tales.
Our favourite was Under the Silvery Moon, a story about a little kitten that can't sleep because of all the sounds around him inside and outside of the barn. With a charming rhyming scheme, the author took us around the farm animals and my little one really enjoyed the journey.
I like that this book is filled with quick reads so that we can read quite a few in one sitting, even though it became a little repetitive for me after awhile. The illustrations were lovely, and were my favourite part of this book.
