Firstly, The book, After The Facts: An After Coffman Mystery by Vincent M Lutterbie is only a one time read. Secondly, I didn't enjoyed it very much as the mystery was too predictable except at one point.

I found the book a little flat in the starting and it gained speed only after half. At some places, I thought the story was unnecessarily dragged. But, still I would recommend the book to the readers for a one time read.

This was my favorite mystery that I've read in a longgg..... time! It's written in 1st person, with After Coffman narrating his own story. Lots of fun, plenty of dangerous situations, and some good plot twists kept me interested in this story. It came across as a light-hearted mystery/detective story and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Near the start of the book, I didn't like it. However, once I have started a book, I have to finish it and it got better later on with an interesting storyline and twists.

However some parts were just unrealistic. For example, After is searching an apartment for clues. In a dumpster for the entire block of apartments, he finds a flyer for a nightclub and assumes there is a link between the dead guy who lived in the apartment and nightclub - really? There was something similar which bugged me later on but can't remember what it was.
