Even though this book was published in 2001, the content is still relevant today for anyone considering a career in project management or someone who is already in project management. There are two useful self-assessments in the book for PM competencies that will be useful (they can also be used for assessing others as well). I will recommend this to any mentors or performance coaches as well.
