I have enjoyed Dr. Sapadin's newspaper column and I subscribe to her monthly newsletter, which I also find interesting, and get a few tid-bits of wisdom from. I decided to read her book, which although I liked it, I also found it a bit boring and redundant. I don't think her columns translated as well from the newspaper into a book, or maybe I just didn't like reading her columns all at once, and it is best to just read weekly.
