Charlie is a Cloud Cutter. Cloud Cutting is like gardening in the sky to make the sun shine when it should. One day the Cloud Controller tells Charlie and his co pilot Lucy to investigate some mysterious thunderstorms which are doing great damage. And so begins an adventure which pits Charlie and Lucy against the wicked scientist Vergrim in the middle of a huge and dangerous thunder cloud.
