An in-depth insight into the English world of Company law.
Very detailed and descriptive.
The book describes how the legal system was formed in early times to the present-day structure of the system.
Illustration of cases included in the book going through the years of English Company Law there are questions also included checking you have an understood of the contexts you have read.
