I liked the way this book was set up and how it built upon itself like the story, This is the House that Jack Built. Can you spot the spotted dog? And the little white owl, And the jet black cat, And the tiny gray mouse, and the slippery snake. The art work is wonderful. Sometimes it will only show a tail, etc. This will definitely be a read out loud with K-1-2.

Repetitive language and I spy make for an excellent book for young readers or read loud to your preschooler. Loved it! Perfect for pre k to 2.
