An excellent summary of all the key issues involving contracting. This book is an excellent addition to any beginner and/or intermediate level project manager's bookshelf. Even those who may not be project managers but are involved in contracting will benefit from reading this book. Furthermore, I would also recommend those who do not deal with contracts professionally, but may have to draw contracts for personal projects (e.g. Home improvement) should also read this book.
