Fantastic, accessible reasources for clinical clerks and junior residents taking call for the first time on their own. I recommend reading it cover to cover, and then bringing it with you on call for quick review in the field when you are feeling overwhelmed.

Great resource

Would recommend as a reference during wards as a student or intern. Enjoy reading it between breaks and at the end of patient care.
