This is the best book I hope you never have to read. I checked out this book 10 days after my ex and I agreed to pursue divorce. I knew little about the legal implications of divorce. I feel much more confident to navigate this painful journey. The mediation, alimony and child support chapters were especially helpful. HIGHLY recommend resource to anyone who is headed towards separation or divorce!

I'm not getting divorced, but I found this information interesting. I think it would be a great read before you start the process of divorce. There is a lot of information about children, so if you don't have children a lot of this won't apply to you. And if you do have children you'll be able to know what your options are.
