It’s a bit difficult for me to rate recipe book especially as I have not actually tried out the recipes. However, I want to praise this book for the following reasons:

- The book provided information on herbs, including handy illustrations and historical information.

- I learned how to incorporate/ sneak more herbs into food.

- I learned of « fancy food » I never knew of before.

- The recipes provided inspiration for eating healthier!
