This informational book gives facts about Illinois. It includes facts on state symbols, famous Illinoisans, and important dates. The book has a scrapbook feel to it which makes it fun to read through. I think this could be a good book for students who are doing social study projects or research reports. This book takes readers on a colorful and engaging tour of Illinois. It has great detailed maps, with fun illustrations. This book resembles a scrapbook that recalls exciting adventures of a road trip. It is a fun read.
