Reconstructing Durkheim's use of the term "representation" in Kantian questions about reality. At the same time, it doesn't discuss other interesting intellectual sources. I was mostly curious about how role that the term "representation" played in the development of scientific psychology in France at the time. Well, got the wrong book -- it didn't discuss it. But it provides some interesting clues (although too brief) that it seemed Leibniz first discussed se représenter in philosophical discussions and Wolff translated into German Vorstellung.
