Steve Jobs : Thinks Different

Rate this book
Computer geniuses who've made it big are the ultimate heroes for kids. These young millionaires in the high-tech and business worlds are big news today, but like all inventors before them, their work is based on the work of their predecessors.A child of the 60s, Steve Jobs traveled around the globe in an attempt to find himself. He was a vegetarian, an environmentalist, and -- strangest of all -- is one of the most successful businessmen that the world has ever known. The story of how Jobs used his technical background to develop Apple Computer is a fascinating one -- even more so considering his abrupt departure from the company and later triumphant return as company savior.

Steve Jobs. This book is about the ups and downs of Steve Jobs. He has been an important character in the world of computing, and also for many people. This goes from how Steve Jobs, and his friend Steve Wozniak build a homemade computer in Jobs' dad garage, to the multimillion-dollar company named apple. From the Apple computer I,II,III, Apple Lisa, Macintosh, Ibook, iMac, to the newest Mac Book Pro. As a child of the 60s", Steve Jobs traveled around the globe in an attempt to find himself. He followed his dream, and he never gave up this was the reason for him to keep going and reach this man many people will remember as a hero.

This book was amazing, but it was also a bit confusing when Jobs moved company, and then came back again, but overall, a great book.

This is a very basic summary covering the rise and fall and rise again of Steve Jobs at Apple. I picked up a few tidbits I wasn't previously familiar with.
