Despite not being a teacher myself, I found this book very enjoyable. All of us are impacted by teachers during our lives, and it was interesting reading with the lens of seeing where those who taught me succeeded or failed according to this book's information.
It's funny that so many of my college professors were so bad at the communication aspect of teaching, such as course relevant announcements, updating deadlines if assignments are moved, professional emails, etc.
This book mainly talks about teaching in primary education, not college, so as someone who has no knowledge of what training people are required to go through to teach at a university level, I will be rectifying that. It seems to me that more than a few professors need to read through this book and take notes for themselves.

Needed for all new teachers

Another book I feel should be handed out to all new teachers. It says a lot of the same as others, but in an easy to integrate manner. I will be purchasing a copy for myself.
