CliffsNotes on Eliot's Middlemarch

Rate this book
This is a story of the search for happiness, occurring in the maze-like microcosm of 19th-century England. Middlemarch provides a very thorough picture of life in provincial England.

A recourse to the notes to the epic Middlemarch is always instead of reading the epic itself by the literature students when the time is a constraint for them. But read the epic twice. This notes too gives valuable insights about the novel. The novel consists of intricate stories and multitude of characters. This notes unravel the mysteries and its linkages. A bit complicated to understand the original novel. But this notes helps us in comprehending it.

I have not been able to get enough of this book (or this author!). For books that fascinate me I like to read the Cliff Notes while I am reading the book or after I finish the book. I always find some new thoughts and insights.
