Kenneth Pobos collection of might be considered prose poems or it might be considered flash fiction, but what they really are is beautiful suspensions of time. It is as though fragments from maps have been torn and submerged in water so that the topography is warped, the roads lead to strange places, and sometimes to nowhere at all.
