To which is subjoined, A Letter from the Author, to his Grace the Archbishop of Canterbury. Third edition, with Additions. by James Gifford (1739-1813). The first edition was published in 1783, and the first edition of A Letter was published in 1785. This posthumous 5th edition was published by his son William.
