What a ride! I was happy to receive a signed copy from DL Publishing via the Goodreads contest. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I soon found that Vinnie, the main character, soon became V48, V41, V34. Mmmmm....where is this going? Dave Lindsay's imagination went far beyond "the final frontier." His descriptions seemed to place me into the scenes right along with the characters. His book is really difficult to review because I don't want to give away any of the action to other readers. I was so surprised at one chapter that I literally blurted out, "Whoa!" The ending was a big surprise, too. The old TV commercial, "Try it, you'll like it, Mikie," applies here. However, you will "love it!"
