This didn't really answer any of my questions - I thought it would be more informative with regards to WHAT ACTUALLY I should feed to my baby, food-wise - but I felt it was a very helpful resource for parents of younger babies who have breastfeeding, formula, and GI issues questions. I wish I had had this book months ago instead of now! ;)

the title is totally misleading but a pretty good book on feeding methods and great info for formula feeding moms
