I love the book, have read and re read it many times. If you think you know Melbourne and you live here, think again, this book has many secrets to tell you! I love it a great book and has excellent maps and other material at the back pages.

Interesting, but a lacks detail that is available and if included would have filled many of the book's 'loose ends'.
More detail on the development of Melbourne would have made the writing flow better.
