Very useful to induce traumatic anesthesia. Just hit 'em in the head with it.

Seriously, what a monstrosity — so bulky it gave my friend lower backache just from him carrying it in his bag.

Up-to-date is a lie. PSM is a very dynamic subject, you'll have to put in some slight extra efforts.

But yes, very well-written and well-compiled. Do put in the effort to go through it once. Gold standard for a reason.
