Letter to Santa

A delightful rhyming book for young children. Young children love reading and learning this simple rhyming book, about a story they all know, sending a letter to Santa. I have read this book to classes of very young children and have been amazed at how much they enjoy it and how easily they pick up the rhyme and learn the story. The story is about a young boy excitedly sending a letter to Santa, but not by the usual route of posting it to the North Pole, he gets the animals to deliver it for him, and each animal passing it onto another until it finally reaches Santa on the other side of the globe. The book has colourful vibrant illustrations that will capture the young child's imagination and make a useful resource for teachers and parents. Children will enjoy learning about rhyme, and can also make up their own stories in a similar fashion, or tell a tale with drawings. There is a section near the end where Santa invites the young reader to write to him. It's a joy seeing children enjoy it.
